The physical properties of materials made artificially or exists naturally are effected badly by electron behaviors. If seeing semiconductors in micro- or quantum-level, it comes to light what is the problems for making high performance devices with these materials. Our Lab, named electronic photon materials sci. lab, is working to understand the behavior of electrons and photons in “Materials” and control them. In our lab, there are students: four in master and six in bachelor, and three teams: MBE, CSS, CZTS. We indeed make crystals mainly semiconductors with nano-structure, low-dimensional structure and quantum structure aiming to control the behavior of electrons and photons in various new materials. and investigating future devices with these materials.
